About the role

This senior HR position leads recruitment and workforce planning functions for a well‑established organisation in Doha. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on talent acquisition, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive long‑term organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for recruitment and workforce planning.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a variety of roles and functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future resourcing needs.
• Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned with business strategy.
• Analyse workforce data, trends, and metrics to support planning and decision‑making.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and manage relationships with external agencies.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and best practice.
• Support employer branding, talent attraction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to broader HR and workforce planning projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and workforce planning roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret workforce data.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Sound understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
