Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Estithmar Holding is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for large‑scale construction and contracting projects across Qatar and the wider Middle East. This senior position will shape the talent strategy, ensuring the right technical and non‑technical professionals are mobilised on time for mega‑projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and project timelines.
• Lead high‑volume recruitment for mega construction projects, covering engineering, project management, commercial and site‑based roles.
• Partner with senior leadership, project directors and HR teams to forecast workforce needs and build hiring plans.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical positions across the Middle East.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors (or similar) recruitment operations, reporting and analytics.
• Implement best practices in employer branding, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
• Lead, mentor and develop the internal talent acquisition team.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and governance standards.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction or contracting.
• Proven track record supporting mega construction or infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
• Deep understanding of technical construction roles (engineering, procurement, project execution, etc.).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Based in Qatar or willing to relocate immediately.
