Learning & Development Manager – Qatar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to shape our talent development strategy and ensure our workforce has the capabilities needed to meet current and future business goals. This senior role will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programs, leadership initiatives and career pathways across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s Learning & Development strategy.
• Conduct training needs analyses and identify capability gaps.
• Design, deliver and oversee learning programs, leadership development initiatives and career development pathways.
• Manage talent development programmes, succession planning and high‑potential employee initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning programmes.
• Manage relationships with training providers, educational institutions and external partners.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation and professional development.
• Monitor learning trends, best practices and emerging development methodologies.
• Oversee the learning budget and ensure effective resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in Learning & Development are an advantage.
• 8‑10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Must be a Qatari national.
