About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at its pool facility in Doha. You will be the first line of defense, using rescue techniques and monitoring the swimming area to provide a secure and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe swimmers and intervene promptly when assistance is needed.
• Monitor the pool area for hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and guests in distress.
• Enforce facility rules and promote a safe, fun atmosphere.
• Provide first‑aid care and support injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, towels, and surrounding areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 lb (assistance for heavier items).
• Professional appearance and strong guest service orientation.

Required skills

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Experience with fitness equipment
