Multi-Language Trainer / Instructor (English, French, Arabic)

About the role

Leaders Training Centre is looking for a dynamic Multi‑Language Trainer to deliver high‑quality instruction in English, French and Arabic to adult learners in Doha. The successful candidate will create engaging lessons, assess progress and foster a supportive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans for English, French and Arabic courses.
• Facilitate interactive classroom sessions that encourage learner participation.
• Monitor and evaluate learner performance, providing feedback and remedial support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and progress reports.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English, French or Arabic.
• Native‑ or near‑native proficiency in the three languages.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop effective lesson plans and adapt them to learner needs.
• Current residence in Qatar.
