Multi-Property Associate Welfare Specialist & Hotel Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Property Associate Welfare Specialist & Hotel Nurse to join our team at Marriott International in Doha. The role combines clinical nursing duties with guest welfare responsibilities across multiple hotel properties, ensuring the health and safety of guests and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest and employee health inquiries, assess symptoms and determine appropriate care.
• Record patient information, vital signs, and changes in condition in accordance with privacy standards.
• Administer medications, start intravenous fluids, and provide emergency treatment when needed.
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound dressing, temperature and blood pressure measurement, and therapeutic applications.
• Make referrals to external medical services and coordinate follow‑up care.
• Educate staff on health risks, promote preventive measures, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality of all health records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum three years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a hospitality or multi‑property setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, infection control, and emergency response.
