Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Qatar. The role focuses on promoting and selling fire‑rated and non‑fire‑rated doors, windows, cabinets and related hardware to construction and architectural clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and actively promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up opportunities through to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Background in stainless‑steel fire‑rated doors, fire‑rated products, building or construction materials is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and building materials market.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Arabic speaker required; good English communication skills preferred.
• Valid Qatari driving licence and ability to travel for customer meetings.
• Ability to work independently, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Current residence in Qatar with a valid QID is preferred.
