Paralegal – Legal Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents while ensuring compliance with local regulations, especially within the IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, gather case law, statutes, and relevant information for attorneys.
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, non‑disclosure agreements, and other legal correspondence.
• Organize and manage legal files, contracts, and databases for easy retrieval.
• Perform due‑diligence reviews to identify risks and prepare summary reports.
• Support preparation of legal briefs, reports, and presentations for litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
• Track legal project milestones, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel for the legal team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal developments and contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal or comparable environment.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations, particularly in the IT industry.
