Planning and Project Control Manager

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Planning and Project Control Manager in Doha to lead planning and control efforts across all phases of major projects. The role covers schedule development, progress reporting and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and control efforts across all phases of major projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports
• Ensure alignment between project goals, timelines and resource allocation
• Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project transparency and accountability
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on project performance data

Required profile

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in planning, scheduling, reporting and project control for major projects
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects of similar magnitude or complexity
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong ability to interface across all organisational levels, with a clear understanding of project requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project control software tools
