Estimation Manager – Infrastructure & Real Estate Tenders

About the role

Guildhall is expanding its bid team to pursue a heavy pipeline of mega-project tenders across the GCC, and is looking for an Estimation Manager who will own BOQ coding, RFQ packages and technical-commercial sign-off on tenders before submission. The role reports directly to the Executive Director and Projects Director, sits within the growing estimation function and offers direct Board and tender-committee exposure on some of the region's largest live bids.

Key responsibilities

• Own BOQ coding, quantity take-off and full tender preparation in CCS
• Build bespoke RFQ packages: specifications, drawings, BOQ and contract terms
• Coordinate with contracts teams to secure back-to-back, fixed-price terms
• Lead technical and commercial tables of comparison with subcontractors and chair subcontractor meetings on scope, programme, method and contract compliance
• Present weekly tender reports to the Board and final reviews to the tender committee
• Develop and execute bid-winning strategy across live tenders
• Hold cost-per-sqm and unit-rate KPIs to protect winning margins
• Own the full top sheet: direct and indirect costs, risk, overhead, escalation, finance and tax

Required profile

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a US or UK accredited university
• Experience at an international prime contractor on projects of $200m+ or more
• GCC project experience across major infrastructure or high-rise developments
• Track record leading tender teams and presenting to Board or tender committee level
• Long-tenured career history with recognised construction firms

• Hands-on BOQ coding in CCS

Pay is stated as QAR 50,000+ per month, final package based on experience.
