PR & Registration Officer (Qatari Females)

About the role

The PR & Registration Officer will oversee both public‑relations and student‑registration functions at Hayat Universal School in Doha. The role ensures that registration processes meet the requirements of the British Columbia Ministry of Education, the Qatar Ministry of Education, and all relevant legal obligations while providing a professional point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the school registration system, keeping student records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate entry‑assessment scheduling with teaching staff to ensure assessments occur within 48 hours of parent requests.
• Prepare and regularly update class lists, distributing them to relevant parties as directed.
• Communicate registration status to the Accounts department and monitor potential payment defaults.
• Provide courteous assistance to external (parents, visitors) and internal (staff) audiences as the primary contact point.
• Support school safety by enforcing access policies and procedures.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities when needed to help achieve enrollment targets.
• Offer general administrative support and promote teamwork across teaching and administrative staff.

Required profile

• Qatari female candidate.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work onsite at the school.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, visitors, and staff.
