About the role
Our partner school in Doha, following the UK curriculum, is looking for enthusiastic primary teachers to deliver high‑quality lessons and support student development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons aligned with the school’s schemes of work.
- Assign and monitor homework in line with school policy.
- Use assessment data to track progress, set targets and inform subsequent lessons.
- Provide regular oral and written feedback, following the school’s marking policy.
- Record and analyse formative and summative assessments to ensure student progress.
- Undertake pastoral duties and participate in school meetings.
- Attend parent meetings prepared to discuss achievement and well‑being.
- Engage in professional development and further training.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
- Relevant degree.
- Experience working in the UK, USA, South Africa, Australia or Canada.
- Desirable: PGCE, QTS or teaching licence.
