Program Manager - Data Enablement

About the role

The Data Enablement Program Manager will lead Qatar Airways Group’s enterprise‑wide data enablement programme. You will create the trusted processes and culture needed to turn data into a shared, AI‑ready asset across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data enablement programme aligned with the group’s digital, data and AI strategy.
• Establish standards, frameworks and ethical, regulatory and security compliance for data‑driven initiatives.
• Build and nurture a company‑wide data community, engaging stakeholders to co‑develop modern data practices.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of data initiatives on efficiency and revenue.
• Champion innovation by promoting advanced analytics and data‑sharing policies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including data governance and analysis experts.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and enrichment across all data assets.
• Act as escalation point for technical challenges, coordinating with engineering and architecture teams.
• Facilitate transparent stakeholder communication and alignment across portfolios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role driving enterprise‑level digital transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business value through data‑driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance and ethical AI practices.
