Program Specialist – Entrepreneurship Programs (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Silicon Foundry, a Kearney company, is seeking a Program Specialist to design, deliver and manage entrepreneurship and startup support programs for the creative industry in Doha. This full‑time, hands‑on position runs until January 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and execution of incubation, acceleration and advisory programs.
• Source, onboard and manage trainers, facilitators and subject‑matter experts.
• Continuously improve program content, participant engagement and operational efficiency.
• Track startup portfolios, engage founders, and coordinate mentor and expert networks.
• Support founders in accessing funding and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Contribute to ecosystem development, stakeholder engagement and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, full‑time professional based in Doha.
• Experience designing and delivering entrepreneurship or startup support programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse mentor and expert networks.
• Ability to ensure high‑quality participant experience and measurable outcomes.
