Part-Time Mathematics Instructor

About the role

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) is seeking an on‑demand Part‑Time Instructor in Mathematics to join its College of General Education. The position will commence in August 2026 and is intended for candidates residing in Qatar with a valid QID and a No Objection Certificate. The instructor will contribute to the university’s student‑centered learning environment by delivering core mathematics courses that support the General Education Curriculum. UDST, established by Emiri Decision No 13 of 2022, is Qatar’s first national university dedicated to applied, technical, and professional education. With over 70 bachelor’s and master’s programmes and more than 8,000 students, the university emphasizes experiential learning and state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The College of General Education provides core courses in mathematics, natural sciences, research methods, and other disciplines to develop fundamental scientific understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Head of the Department – Mathematics.
• Deliver mathematics instruction to undergraduate students in accordance with UDST’s pedagogical standards.

Required profile

• Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC.
• Meets all essential qualifications as assessed through CV, cover letter, references, and teaching dossier.
