Property Manager – Real Estate Portfolio

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee a local real‑estate portfolio in Qatar, ensuring operational stability, cost‑effective solutions, and compliance with business needs. The role combines strategic leasing, facilities oversight, and stakeholder financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Align mid‑ and long‑term space requirements with internal units and negotiate external rental contracts.
• Maintain real‑estate databases, portfolio tools and legal documentation for assigned properties.
• Ensure compliance with local statutes, internal approval procedures and EHS regulations.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans, act as primary interface for FM service providers and manage claim processes.
• Support sustainability initiatives, quality management reviews and cost‑saving measures.
• Manage tenant and landlord relationships and represent the company to local authorities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate or property management.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability in negotiation, financial analysis and strategic thinking.
