Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee both hard and soft services within a mixed‑use community, ensuring cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, facility management, valet and car‑wash operations run smoothly. The role coordinates on‑site activities with authorities, third‑party providers and supports the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site technicians and contractors to guarantee safe, efficient work that meets quality standards, SLA/KPI requirements and HSE guidelines.
• Monitor and coordinate FM contractors and service providers, reviewing performance, verifying completed works and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections of community premises, report deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage PPM schedules, maintain records and coordinate tenant, resident and service‑provider requests.
• Support operational inspections, lease renewals/terminations, storage and material management, and other operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, MEP, Facilities Management) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in Facilities Management or Operations within Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of retail and mixed‑use community operations, hard and soft services, maintenance practices and contractor management.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) scheduling systems.
• Understanding of construction methods and maintenance requirements for retail and residential properties.
