Tenant Relations Manager

About the role

The Tenant Relations Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relationships and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction. Acting as the main point of contact for tenant concerns, complaints, requests, and community matters, the role coordinates with relevant departments to achieve timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day tenant relations, inquiries, complaints and service requests.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and regularly gather feedback on concerns and satisfaction.
• Record, follow up and ensure timely resolution of tenant complaints.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Security, Leasing, Finance, Housekeeping and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate tenant notices, operational updates, maintenance schedules and community announcements.
• Organise move‑in, move‑out, transfers, renewals and other tenant‑related activities with Leasing and Operations.
• Plan and execute tenant engagement activities, meetings, surveys and community initiatives.
• Monitor recurring tenant issues, prepare regular reports and recommend improvements to management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, customer service, hospitality or community management.
• Experience in residential communities, compounds, staff accommodation or mixed‑use properties is preferred.
• Strong background in complaint handling and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work with a diverse tenant population.
