Property Supervisor

About the role

The Property Supervisor supports day‑to‑day operations, maintenance and tenant services for assigned properties in Doha, ensuring that each building meets high standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations, guaranteeing cleanliness, safety and functional standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, villas, common areas and building systems.
• Prepare units for handover by ensuring readiness prior to tenant move‑in.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Report maintenance issues, operational deficiencies and corrective actions to the Property Manager.
• Support tenant onboarding and off‑boarding, including inspections and handover arrangements.
• Respond promptly to tenant complaints, requests and service issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address tenant requirements.
• Supervise contractors, service providers and vendors, monitoring quality, timeliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Report vendor performance and ensure adherence to approved procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in property or facilities management.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, contractors and service providers.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with cost‑control and budgeting processes.
