Public Relations Officer

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is looking for a Public Relations Officer based in Doha Municipality, Qatar. The role ensures a positive and seamless employee experience during onboarding and offboarding, coordinating orientation programs, supporting new hires with documentation, helping departing employees transition smoothly, and working with departments to keep processes compliant and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate orientation sessions, training programs and introductions to company policies and culture.
• Help new employees complete paperwork such as employment contracts and benefit enrollment forms, and guide them on job responsibilities, team dynamics and company resources.
• Work with HR, hiring managers and other departments to meet onboarding requirements, and collect feedback from new hires to improve the process.
• Manage offboarding: coordinate exit interviews, collect company property, administer paperwork and update HR records and systems.
• Support departing employees on benefits, final payments and next steps, and run exit surveys to gather feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in onboarding, offboarding or HR support functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information secure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems and the MS Office suite.
