Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist

About the role

ASAS Construction Chemical Factory is seeking a full‑time Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) specialist to join its Doha site. You will be responsible for guaranteeing that all production processes meet the highest quality standards and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality standards across all manufacturing activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of production lines.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Develop and improve quality management systems to ensure product reliability.
• Perform color matching and testing for Acrylic, Epoxy and PU products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality control and assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Educational background in Quality Management, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an on‑site team.
