Receptionist – Health Club

About the role

The Health Club Receptionist provides a warm welcome to guests, manages reservations and inquiries, and ensures smooth daily operations of the club area. This full‑time position supports the Sheraton team by delivering professional and courteous service in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve guest and reservation information using computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos and other documents with word‑processing, spreadsheet and database software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries with appropriate etiquette.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a professional appearance.
• Move, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Follow all company policies, protect confidential information and support team goals.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and adherence to company dress standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Strong communication skills with clear, courteous language.
• Physical capability to handle light lifting and movement of items.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues.
