Recruitment Specialist

About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist based in Doha, you will be a key member of Interlink HR Consultancy’s talent acquisition team. You will provide expert advice, data-driven recommendations and support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality hires that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid job descriptions, sourcing strategies and interview criteria for assigned roles.
• Manage advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and selection processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to achieve targets for time‑to‑hire, cost‑of‑hire and quality of hire.
• Maintain accurate recruitment databases and audit tracking information.
• Provide coaching on recruitment processes and promote a strong employer value proposition.
• Implement and refine recruiting strategies, including market talent availability analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Proven experience with search‑based recruitment models.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
