Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in West Bay, Doha. The role involves overseeing service and sanitation standards, supporting menu planning, and driving guest and employee satisfaction while achieving financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service operations, ensuring high service quality and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver consistent product quality.
• Manage staffing levels, schedule employees, and provide hands‑on support during peak periods.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, food handling regulations, and health‑safety policies.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching to improve team performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and employee development.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including service and sanitation standards.
• Understanding of local liquor regulations and food safety laws.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and control operational costs.
