About the role
Mannai Automotive is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to join its showroom team in Qatar. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding customers through the buying journey and delivering an exceptional retail experience.
Key responsibilities
- Drive showroom retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Welcome visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and test drives.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on inquiries, walk‑ins, and sales leads promptly.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of EV technologies, vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales agreements, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, registration, and after‑sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience in the automotive dealership or showroom environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service KPIs.
- Experience in luxury or premium automotive retail is preferred.
- Exposure to electric vehicle brands or automotive technology is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of electric‑vehicle (EV) technologies and specifications.
- Understanding of vehicle financing options and market trends.
