Risk Consulting Manager – Financial Services Risk Management

About the role

Join EY's Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice in Doha as a Risk Consulting Manager. You will lead risk management engagements for capital market participants, delivering high‑quality analytics, reporting and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead FSRM engagements, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Act as team leader, providing support, communication and progress updates to directors and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal peers.
• Contribute to presentations, proposals and commercial insights for clients.
• Package project findings into clear, concise, high‑quality deliverables.
• Serve as a role model for junior team members, ensuring adherence to EY’s Quality & Risk Management guidelines.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to become high performers.

Required profile

• Strong academic background from a top institution in quantitative, finance, economics or actuarial studies.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or banking environments.
• Proven track record managing teams and delivering projects in fast‑paced, demanding settings.
• Experience in project‑based, team‑oriented work, preferably within the banking or consulting sector.
