About the role
The Sales Assistant plays a vital part in delivering a positive customer experience and driving sales at the Ted Baker store in Villaggio Mall. Working under store management, you will help maintain a welcoming environment, assist shoppers, and support daily operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold visual standards.
- Greet customers promptly, provide friendly assistance, and thank them on exit.
- Share up‑to‑date product information, assist in fitting rooms, and aim to increase sales.
- Handle cash‑wrap duties efficiently, process transactions, sell gift cards, and keep the cash area tidy.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
- Strong verbal communication and a customer‑focused attitude.
