Sales Coverage & Coverage Model Business Analyst

About the role

A bank is hiring an experienced Sales Coverage & Coverage Model Business Analyst in Qatar to support strategic transformation initiatives focused on client relationship management, sales coverage effectiveness and operating model optimisation within corporate banking.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve sales coverage models, client management frameworks and relationship management processes.
• Gather and document business requirements, process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
• Drive client segmentation, portfolio allocation, RM productivity and coverage effectiveness analysis.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, wallet share growth, client penetration and revenue optimisation initiatives.
• Develop coverage performance KPIs, dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, Product, Technology, Data and Transformation teams.
• Support operating model design, governance frameworks, process improvement and transformation delivery.
• Ensure alignment with banking policies, regulatory requirements, risk frameworks and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 7 years in banking, business analysis, strategy, transformation, coverage or operating model work.
• Strong exposure to corporate, wholesale, institutional or transaction banking.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management and business transformation.
• Understanding of sales coverage models, client segmentation, portfolio management and relationship management.
• Experience with cross-selling strategies, wallet share analysis, client penetration, revenue KPIs and coverage analytics.
• Exposure to wholesale banking products such as GTB, GSF, GM, GAM or FAM is an advantage.
• Candidates from leading banks or banking consulting and transformation teams are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Preferred: JIRA, Visio, Figma and data visualisation tools.
• Advantageous certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma.
