Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead and grow the sales function at Camelia Homes Real Estate in Doha, Qatar. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, setting targets, monitoring performance and ensuring high‑quality client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team, set targets, monitor performance and drive daily sales operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local market.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals, collaborate with other departments to enhance the client experience, and analyze market trends and sales data.
• Prepare reports and forecasts for leadership while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales‑operations expertise, including target setting, pipeline management and performance monitoring.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a client‑centric approach.
• Demonstrated team‑management capabilities, including coaching, mentoring and motivating sales staff.
• Business‑development experience with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships and expand market presence.
• Several years of leadership experience in real estate or a related industry, preferably in the Gulf region, and solid understanding of the Doha market and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
