Sales Executive (B2B Specialty Coffee / HORECA)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to lead the growth of our B2B specialty coffee and HORECA business in Qatar. The role focuses on new‑business acquisition, building relationships with coffee shops, hotels, restaurants and corporate clients, and converting prospects into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market‑penetration plan for the Qatar B2B coffee market.
• Identify and approach prospective customers across specialty coffee shops, café chains, hotels, restaurants, roasteries, corporate offices and other HORECA outlets.
• Conduct field visits, coffee tastings, cuppings and product presentations together with the technical coffee team.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines, and close new accounts.
• Maintain a strong pipeline from prospecting through to contract signing and ongoing volume growth.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets for new accounts and coffee volume.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of B2B field‑sales experience, preferably in the coffee or hospitality sector.
• Highly active, commercially driven and comfortable opening doors and building relationships from scratch.
• Strong market awareness and ability to map high‑potential accounts in Qatar.
