Account Manager – Remote (MEN)

About the role

The Account Manager (MEN) is a full‑time remote position responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers and partners in the animal products industry. You will act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met through coordinated internal support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Handle contract renewals, resolve issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to strategic planning and support business‑development initiatives.
• Participate in virtual meetings and presentations with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management and client‑relationship experience, with a proven ability to build long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational and analytical abilities, including time‑management, attention to detail and report preparation.
• Business and commercial awareness, understanding sales processes and basic financial concepts.
• Interest or experience in animal products, agri‑food or related sectors.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborate across functions and use digital tools/CRM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English; valid Qatari driver’s license is required.
