Sales Supervisor – Accounting & Financial Services (Doha)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Doha, focusing on the accounting and financial services sector. You will drive revenue growth, mentor representatives, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring performance excellence.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and client service teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve client retention.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client presentations in Doha and surrounding regions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in professional services, accounting, or financial consulting environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of accounting services such as tax advisory, audit, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s business landscape and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid work permit and legal eligibility to work in Qatar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
