Scaffolding Foreman – Supervise Site Works

About the role

Seagull HR is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to lead a team of scaffold workers on construction sites in Doha. The role involves daily coordination, supervision, and ensuring that all scaffolding activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct scaffold workers on site.
• Coordinate daily scaffolding activities and allocate resources.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Inspect scaffold installations for quality and stability.
• Report progress and any safety incidents to site management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant scaffolding experience.
• Previous experience as a scaffolding foreman.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety procedures.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Available for immediate mobilization.
