About the role
Lanco Engineering is urgently hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a one‑year, extendable contract in Simaisma, Qatar, with company‑provided transportation. The role focuses on post‑tender quantity surveying, commercial management with clients and subcontractors, and delivery of building projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including strong post‑tender QS expertise.
- Proven experience handling client and subcontractor commercial matters.
- Hands‑on experience with building projects and Qatar‑based construction sites.
- Immediate availability with a valid Qatari ID and a free visa.
