About the role
A recruiter is looking on behalf of a confidential educational institution in Qatar for a qualified and experienced Science Teacher to deliver the American Curriculum across Grades 7-10.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the American Curriculum.
- Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics as required.
- Develop lesson plans, assessments and practical laboratory activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain effective classroom management and academic standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education or a relevant discipline.
- Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, QTS or equivalent) preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Science at middle or high school level.
- Experience teaching the American Curriculum strongly preferred.
Required skills
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
