Primary Class Teacher (Year 1/2)

About the role

United School International, a British international school on The Pearl in Doha, is looking for a qualified Primary Teacher to join its Year 1 or Year 2 class. The school covers FS, KS1 and KS2 with multiple form entries, supported by TAs, LSAs, SEN and EAL specialists. The role starts in January 2027, and candidates must be available from 3 January.

Required profile

• Recent experience as a Primary School Teacher in a UK curriculum school.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and qualified teacher status, either PGCE or B.Ed from the UK.
• Prior teaching experience with children aged 5-7, comfortable in Year 1 or Year 2 settings.
• Strong English; native-level speakers are preferred.
• Commitment to teaching, clear communication and collaborative teamwork.
