Security Officer – Luxury Hotel (Doha)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Officer to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The successful candidate will protect guests, colleagues and hotel assets, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment in our iconic Katara Towers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff and property.
• Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV and alarm equipment.
• Conduct regular patrols of public and restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and guest concerns.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident and activity reports.
