Security Officer – Luxury Hotel (Doha)

About the role
We are looking for a Security Officer to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The successful candidate will protect guests, colleagues and hotel assets, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment in our iconic Katara Towers.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff and property.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV and alarm equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols of public and restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and guest concerns.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
- Prepare accurate incident and activity reports.
Required profile
- Commitment to providing safety, security and peace of mind for guests and colleagues.
- Ability to act quickly and professionally in incident situations.
- Familiarity with security monitoring equipment and procedures.
- Professional demeanor, discretion and strong vigilance.
