Senior Diesel Fuel Pump Calibration Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Diesel Fuel Pump Calibration Technician to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, calibrating, repairing, and testing a variety of diesel fuel pumps, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, calibrate, repair, and test inline, common‑rail, and rotary diesel fuel pumps.
• Work on major fuel pump brands such as Bosch and Delphi, with added advantage for Cummins systems.
• Perform dismantling, cleaning, assembling, and precise calibration according to OEM guidelines.
• Utilise test benches, specialised tools, and measuring instruments for fuel‑injection systems.
• Prepare detailed job reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and service advisors for additional repairs and parts requirements.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with diesel fuel pump calibration and repair.
• Strong familiarity with Bosch, Delphi and similar fuel systems; Cummins experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow strict safety and quality standards.
