Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support business units by delivering financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting and building business cases for investments and operational decisions. The role focuses on adding value to improve decision‑making and streamline finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models and conduct quantitative analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present revenue, cost and variance analyses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.
• Perform ad‑hoc revenue and cost analyses for senior management.
• Define, track and report key performance indicators regularly.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with corporate definitions and standards.
• Review annual budget submissions against strategic targets and control spend to meet cost‑of‑sale goals.
• Evaluate business case proposals for revenue growth or cost reduction and verify contract compliance.
• Consolidate departmental financial results during budgeting cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
