Senior Manager, User Acquisition (Kuwait & Bahrain)

About the role

Snoonu is seeking a Senior Manager of User Acquisition to lead the paid acquisition function for its Kuwait and Bahrain markets. This founding leadership position will design the local UA framework, build and mentor a high‑performing team, and drive sustainable user growth in line with regional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the UA strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic and app‑install channels for Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Recruit, coach and develop a team of UA specialists, ensuring continuous performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing to align cluster strategy with regional budgets and objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day campaign management, optimisation and budget efficiency across all paid channels.
• Partner with the Marketing Efficiency team (Qatar HQ) to implement standardized measurement frameworks, attribution models and MarTech tools.
• Leverage insights from the UA Analyst to make data‑driven decisions and improve performance.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels, audience segments and creative formats relevant to the markets.
• Work closely with the Acting Head of UA for Qatar + Oman to share best practices and align on channel strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets in the GCC or MENA region.
• Hands‑on expertise in at least three of the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, programmatic DSPs.
• Experience operating in a multi‑market or cluster‑based structure is strongly preferred.
