Senior Marketing Strategy Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok

About the role

Agoda is looking for a senior‑level analyst or associate manager to shape its marketing strategy from Bangkok. You will join a data‑driven team that designs measurable programs to increase customer lifetime value across a global travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Develop predictive models and analyze experiment data to understand impact on bookings, demand elasticity and pricing optimisation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, generate performance reports, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, data‑science and marketing teams to implement findings and drive growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science) from a top university.
• At least 2 years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work quickly, make evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Experience with visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
