Senior Procurement & Subcontracts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead end‑to‑end procurement and subcontract activities. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and ensuring commercial compliance across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement and subcontract management activities.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, negotiations and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations and risk‑management requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project delivery and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10–15 years of relevant procurement/contracts experience.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supply‑chain principles and Incoterms.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPCM, CIPM or CPP are preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
