Senior Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale, mission‑critical data centre projects from design through commissioning and handover. The role oversees civil, structural, MEP and IT/ICT disciplines, ensuring projects meet international standards, client requirements and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, developing execution strategies, phasing plans and master schedules.
• Manage project execution covering time, cost, quality, HSE, coordination and delivery, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, conduct delay analysis, recovery planning and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Structural, MEP, IT/ICT, Commissioning) and interface with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and authorities.
• Support commercial activities on claims, RFIs, variation orders and change management.
• Oversee Level 1–5 testing, integrated systems commissioning and handover documentation to achieve operational readiness.
• Maintain dashboards, reports and governance processes, presenting updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of project management experience in hyperscale data centre or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing large, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; PMP, PMI‑SP, AACE PSP or equivalent preferred.
• Deep understanding of data centre delivery risks, constraints and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with Uptime Institute and ASHRAE standards is an advantage.
