Senior Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead moderate‑size, technically complex projects, primarily in airport, live operational, or major infrastructure environments. You will own the full project lifecycle, from business case development through commissioning, handover, and close‑out, ensuring delivery that meets quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and manage risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Act as primary liaison for all stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee procurement, tender activities, RFIs, technical submittals, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, authority requirements, and project standards.
• Manage commissioning, operational readiness, training, defect management, and project close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• PMP certification (required).
• 5‑10 years of project management experience delivering projects up to USD 50 M.
• 4‑7 years of experience in airport, live operational, or major infrastructure settings.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one full end‑to‑end project lifecycle.
• Regional experience in the Middle East is preferred.
