Server – Guest Service Expert

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Server (Guest Service Expert) and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in Doha. You will be the front‑line liaison between guests, the kitchen, and the service team, ensuring smooth, high‑quality service throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide attentive service.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of equipment and supplies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
