Student Conduct Specialist

About the role

The University of Doha for Science and Technology is seeking a Student Conduct Specialist to oversee the management of academic and non‑academic misconduct cases. The role ensures confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with university policies while supporting a safe and inclusive campus environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and assess reports of student misconduct, maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, interview involved parties, and keep detailed case records.
• Apply appropriate disciplinary actions and educational sanctions based on policy guidelines.
• Facilitate meetings with students involved in conduct cases, providing guidance throughout the process.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and informational sessions for students, faculty, and staff on conduct policies and ethical expectations.
• Collaborate with business unit heads, faculty, and staff to address conduct issues and promote a respectful campus culture.
• Perform miscellaneous duties related to student conduct as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling student conduct, disciplinary processes, or related compliance functions.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern cultural norms and the specific challenges faced by students in the region.
