Technical Sales Manager – Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain

About the role

Knauf is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead sales growth across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Based in Qatar, you will combine commercial acumen with deep product knowledge to match construction material solutions to customer needs, while supporting the company’s ambition to expand its presence in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets, including forecasting and market analysis.
• Leverage technical expertise to understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations and provide technical recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and project teams to generate repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and present insights to senior management for informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stay updated on market trends, competition and product developments.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering sales results in a technical or construction‑materials environment.

• Ability to work across multiple GCC markets and adapt to diverse customer needs.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, especially gypsum‑based products.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and providing technical recommendations.
• Analytical skills for sales data monitoring and forecasting.
