Business Development Manager – Pharmaceuticals

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth of pharmaceutical brands in Qatar. The role involves identifying market‑ready products, securing exclusive distribution agreements, and shaping our market strategy. Dolphin Group, a leading conglomerate in Qatar, is expanding its pharmaceutical portfolio and seeks a dynamic professional to lead market entry. Key responsibilities

• Search for and select appropriate brands/manufacturers that are suitable for the local market and offer strong business opportunities.
• Collaborate with international brands/manufacturers and secure exclusive distribution rights for the company in the local market.
• Evaluate product portfolios, pricing structures, and brand positioning to ensure alignment with local market needs and competitive advantages.
• Prepare detailed business proposals and reports to support decision‑making and present potential opportunities to management.

Required profile

• Preferred age bracket: 35–45 years.
• Must have at least 8 years of total relevant experience.
