Tender Specialist (Manpower / Facilities Management)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Tender Specialist to lead the full tender lifecycle for manpower and facilities‑management services in Qatar. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, prepare compliant bid packages, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track, and evaluate manpower and service tender opportunities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end tendering process, including pre‑qualification and final submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender requirements.
• Review tender specifications, scope of work, and contractual conditions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and other departments to gather required inputs.
• Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain organized records of tenders, submissions, and supporting documents.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely bid submission.
• Liaise with clients for clarifications, amendments, and post‑bid discussions.
• Support contract negotiations and handover to execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in tendering for manpower or service contracts.
• Prior experience in Qatar or the GCC region is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
